The Second Sun
A Feature Film Screenplay written for my last year at University. Awarded a First by BAFTA-Winning writer Jimmy Richards and currently in consideration at a number of screenwriting competitions.
A Magical-Realist road movie that follows George, an aging man, as he makes the journey from Barry in Wales to Lindisfarne in Northumberland for a chance at seeing his deceased husband one last time.

Copywriting Experience at Lot 108 Productions
Throughout my 3 years at University I was involved with Lot 108, a York based multi-award winning film and advertisement production company.
Other than the many fiction films I helped write and produce, I also helped maintaining Lot 108's brand image, and worked closely with the Company Heads on much of the Copy that was produced during the time I was in York, including Social Media stories, adverts and trailers, video descriptions and investor documents.
Attic Archaeology
A short film I wrote and directed for my second year of University, which has since been recognised by a number of festivals, including the internationally recognised UNiCA Film Festival.
It follows an early 20th Century Scientist who discovers the ruins of an ancient civilisation in his loft.
Pizza in an Age of Nightmares
A Feature Film Screenplay written in 2024 as part of a challenge for Lot 108 Productions, a film production team based out of York.
The film is a punk-infused urban sci-fi tale about a young pizza delivery driver who witnesses a kidnapping, and is thrust into a world of bizarre creatures, shared dreams and otherworldly conspiracy.
For various reasons, I'm currently unable to provide the screenplay in full, but you can download the first act below.
The Egg Timer
A Screenplay written for my second year of university designed to work as an episode of a 30 minute YA Sci-Fi anthology series.
It follows a group of young friends who are thrust into an unlikely journey when a time traveller appears on their lawn.
It was given a First by BAFTA-Winning writer Jimmy Richards.
The Meditation
A short film made for my third year of University which follows a man who comes into possession of a mysterious book that allows him to communicate with otherworldly entities.
Inspired by more abstract scripts like those of David Lynch, Aaron Moorhead and David Firth.
Only Conjoin (pilot)
For a slightly different form of writing, I also wrote and directed the pilot episode of a game show for YSTV.
It was based on the show 'Only Connect' but had its own spin on the classic rules. I was responsible for writing all the questions as well as the game's rulebook.
